hello hello, y'all! happy 2025 and sorry for the absence here!
just here to say i'm alive and am cooking up new content! i'm not sure when my next video will be out, and i'm not rushing it, but thank you to everyone who's still been enjoying my content and joined my channel in 2024! i'm hoping this year will be a better year for my channel in terms of video amount and the artwork i create for them, but i also want to work in a way that doesn't burn myself out!
i stopped uploading as frequently because school just took over and my mental health (especially in the summer) was out of wack, so i decided it would be best for youtube to be my last priority.... and honestly, it helped a lot! my last semester was overall a really good time for me, but i did miss doing youtube.
i have some dumb ideas for videos that i really want to make, but they're taking longer than usual because i'm trying to put more effort into them than i'm used to. (i also got a new fancy laptop to edit my videos on, so i've been adjusting to editing on a computer instead of my phone. its been taking longer to get used to than i thought it would 😭)

HEY YALL!! just making this post to say i am not dead‼️‼️
im currently in my sophomore year of college and the workload has gotten to be a LOT more than it was in my freshman year, so i haven't really had anytime to sit down and make videos. i'm an art major, so i've still been creating, but the art hasn't been anything i really want to make content about yknowww
i have some video ideas cooking up in my brain that hopefully will see the light of day, but for now, take a drawing class assignment of hands and feet drawn on a 3 foot tall piece of paper!
(also thank yall for 90k i am kind of in shock that i have reached that number!! like what!!!)

hey yall, sorry for the lack of content on here lately! college work/finals has been absolutely kicking me in the butt, but i JUST got done with my last exam a few days ago, so i am now FREE!! i know some of yall are still tackling finals and AP exams as well, so good luck to those who have that going on!!
all that is to say, im planning on having a new video come out in the next week, and im hoping i can start making a more consistent stream of uploads throughout the summer. if there's anything art related you want me to cover, just let me know!

How do you pronounce "jouusta"?
Jo-stuh. It was based on the romaji for "ジョースター" (Joestar/Jo-SuTa-) when I first created it!
What do you use to draw?
I use Procreate, a 2021 iPad Pro, and an Apple Pencil Pro.
What do you use to edit your videos?
Capcut (Mobile) for my first 25 videos, then afterwards DaVinci Resolve and After Effects!
