Which physique do you prefer? Personally, I prefer Arnold’s physique. Old school bodybuilding emphasized big arms with proportionate sized shoulders. The shoulders never overpowered the arms in terms of size and presence. Modern day bodybuilding has focused on creating the widest and roundest shoulders possible which throws off the proportions of the physique and looks off.
