Our new album 'Yellow Jacket' is out today!
The album started as a throw back to our early roots in ska and reggae. We were stoked to get in the studio to track full band takes with our friend Craig Welsch at the helm! It evolved into a wide open record pulling from influences across the board with some friends sitting in:

On the album you’ll find the throwback sunshine and roller skates of “Yellow Jacket,” the effect war has on family in "Johnny Whoops," the brilliance of Emily Dickinson’s words in "Trinket," paying homage to some of the great activists of our time in "Everyone’s In The Street," a swinging “Night Young”with New Orleans styled horns from Rashawn Ross, and “Flood” our first band instrumental odyssey!
We hope y’all enjoy the tunes in whatever way you need to, hopefully at times collectively, and in community. Whatever you do please play it loud!

Our new album ‘Yellow Jacket’ comes out June 6th!
11 new songs we are stoked to drop on ya – including “Whisk Me Away” out today!
The album’s start was a batch of demos that returned to some of our earliest roots, particularly ska and reggae. The second batch of songs widened the circle, pulling in blues, rock and folk. What we ended up with is an eclectic record, emblematic of all the different styles we’ve loved over the years. We huddled into an Airbnb in Dorchester and slammed through the tunes at Rear Window Studios – the band firing on all cylinders with Craig Welsch at the console watching the tape spin. When all was said and done, our friends Ani DiFranco, John Butler, Stefan Lessard, Rashawn Ross, Tim Snider, G. Love, Reinaldo DeJesus, and Milt Reder even jumped in to join us on the record.
