Ok, so I know this may sound like I'm getting ahead of myself, but...

I was planning out my next ranking video after I finish the DreamWorks Movies and Clone Wars Episode Rankings. But I've run into an issue with whether this movie "Pete's Dragon 2016 remake" counts as a "Live Action Animation Hybrid Film", a "Disney Live Action Remake", both at the same time, or neither.

So I have come to get the professional opinions of you Iconic Individuals.

Greetings Iconic viewers, wanna hear some total bullcrap?

My Puss in Boots The Last Wish review from well over a year ago was just recently copyright claimed by DreamWorks (not blocked just ineligible for monetization).

I sent in a dispute, which they waited dang near 1 full month to respond to, only to disregard it and stand by their claim. The video is not even that long and is full well in the fair use domain, sure it doesn't make me a ton of money either (which makes it even more confusing why they would bother with this highway robbery in the first place), but this really sours my mood, especially when I am in the process of making a DreamWorks ranking video.

I have 2 options now. Leave the video and just not earn anything from any more views it gets (aka it's dead in the water to me, any more views are meaningless, because I don't get anything from them, other than maybe potential subscribers.

Or I private the video and re-upload it with a border or something stupid.

Currently I am just leaning towards option one since it hasn't been a big contributor to my revenue anyway (and remember this is my job, I don't say that to sound greedy).

Sorry, just wanted to vent about this nonsense, and I was so close to being home free (if they took a full month to respond and said nothing their claim would have been dropped and I would be assumed to be in the right. But nooooooooooo they have to respond literally 3 DAYS before that would have happened).

Greetings, just a friendly reminder to all you iconic individuals that I review movies, games, and TV series all the time on my Letterboxd, Serializd, and Backloggd accounts.

I would love it if you guys followed me there, I also have lists ranking movies, show episodes, and games (you can get a sneak peak at future rankings and such).

Also I really love these sites/apps in general and I recommend them highly to everyone.

Oh, and if any of you have accounts, tell me, I'll totally follow you.

Greetings, just a quick question I have for all of you (and a bonus guessing game too).

I have been wanting to do some sort of collab video (or multiple) with other similar YouTubers to myself (film/media critique types). But I have no connections, and I don't know who to ask, and in fact, I am quite afraid of asking in the first place because I don't want to come off as egotistical or leaching off their success. So I wanted to know who you guys think would be good option, of if by some miracle, a YouTuber who fits my description sees this post and is interested, then tell me (My Business Email should be linked under my channel information, but it may not be visible on phones for some reason).

Also, fun fact (this isn't relevant to the previous thing, but it popped into my head so I'm just gonna say it here anyway lol) I haven't talked about any of my top 4 favorite media franchises on this channel yet. So have fun guessing what those are (if you guess right I will confirm that you are right).

The Inside Out 2 video is nearly finished, hopefully it will be up on my Patreon tomorrow and YouTube a day or two after that.

Oh, and it isn't quite as long as the picture says, it will be over an hour though, because there is just that much to say about this movie.

Greetings Iconic viewers! I wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who has been watching my recent videos. The success of these two uploads has been quite a relief to me after several underperforming videos recently. You see kids, that is why you don't give up when the going gets tough.

I also wanted to mention how glad I am to reach 60,000 subscribers recently, a milestone I had been slowly clawing my way to for a while, but finally passed thanks to the boost of my Screenslaver Video.

And Lastly, I want some minor input on my next video, which do you think is a better title, and if not either of these, comment below a title you think would fit a video on Inside Out 2.

So I just watched the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Trailer and it got me thinking, would you guys be interested in me making videos on this soon-to-be trilogy of films?

My next video is almost done. Can you guess what movie I will be covering and what the subject of the video will be?

Greetings Iconic viewers. I just wanted to say thank you for all the support you guys have shown on my recent posts. I will take all of your comments into consideration as well.

Some of you have also been asking when the Star Wars retrospective will return, so I thought I'd give you an update.

I am working on a ranking of every Clone Wars Episode, my total raw audio recording runtime for this video was over 12 hours (unsurprisingly I had a lot to say about this show). Don't worry, the video won't be THAT long since I have to cut out all the dead air and mistakes, which usually reduces a recording time by half approximately.

Due to the enormous size of this video, I've had to make it a background project so that I don't go literal months without a video. My point being, I am actively working on the next video in the series, but you'll have to be patient, because it will probably be the longest and most difficult to make video in the series.

And then after that I'll start on Revenge of the Sith, which should come out much faster comparatively, since it only has to focus on one movie.

Greetings my iconic individuals.

As you may know, my channel's performance this year has been utterly terrible so far and I have begun theorizing crazy reasons as to why my videos are not drawing in more subscribers.

The low views are probably caused by few people other than my subscribers and one off viewers, who watch none of my other videos, watching, and I don't have enough subscribers to guarantee a descent amount of views. This has a snowball effect, in which people are more likely to watch a video that already has more views, since it is perceived as being popular and thus more valuable, causing said video to get even more views. Whereas less viewed videos get ignored and rarely get more views in the future.

All this to say, if more people subscribed to my channel, then I would have fewer videos that flop, since a higher minimum view count would lead to more curiosity by casual viewers which would lead to my videos overall being far more. successful.

The question then becomes, why do so few people who watch my videos subscribe?

I have a dramatically lower view-subscriber ratio than most other YouTubers it seems. Since I have over 7 million total views across my videos yet most of them only bring in a few hundred subscribers at most, and a couple big successes are responsible for a couple thousand.

So it got me thinking, what about my videos is not causing people to want to subscribe? (please leave your theories below btw).

And I kid you not, my best theory sounds insane but it's the only thing that makes sense to me.

I don't say curse words in my videos. Whereas almost every single other YouTuber more popular than me does, frequently might I add. I theorize that people find cursing absolutely hilarious and people curse all the time on this platform because they know people will find it funny and subscribe.

However I detest cursing and will never say a curse word in my life, am I just screwed? People will forever consider me less funny or relatable because I don't say the ha ha funny bad words?

Lastly, tell me, and please be honest here, are you more likely to subscribe to a YouTuber who says curse words or not?
