Apollo has been absolutely loving the new screen porch. Especially hearing and seeing all of the wild birds outside. So much so it's seeming like he'll be working on learning labels for each species, along with perfectly matching their calls. We're gonna have to learn all of the bird sounds as well to be able to teach him π . You can really see how fascinated he is by the wild birds in this video.

We've had a lot of footage building up the past two months. So we're trying a new style of video for the archive channel where we compile a weeks various unused footage with a little trimming.

Follow along as we do our best to raise Apollo to be the smartest parrot ever. He receives a preschool-level homeschooling education from his "parents," Dalton and Tori. Apollo studies and plays alongside his flockmates, Soleil and Ophelia the caiques.
Our goal is to make Apollo the smartest animal ever. Much of our inspiration comes from Dr. Irene Pepperberg and her work with Alex. We hope that by posting our progress, others can see what parrots are capable of. We also want to use the online community to share and exchange ideas on animal intelligence.
