Chef Abe and his partner John own Krakatoa Indonesian Cuisine in Hollywood Florida. Over time Chef Abe has created cooking seasonings from some of his most memorable flavors of his childhood. The distinctive flavors of lemon grass, kaffir lime, coriander and cumin represent different memories and experiences in his life. We are now producing the cooking seasonings for the retail market.
