Summer travel sometimes feels like the antithesis of healthy decisions. Traveling involves getting out of your oh-so-carefully curated routine, possibly eating something you would never consume at home, and lightening, changing, or eliminating workouts.



Traveling can be reframed as a positive return on investment for your health as it gives your body time to rejuvenate, heal, and so much more! Especially when you implement some simple products and steps to keep your travels health-oriented without being consumed by biohacking, working out, eating healthy, etc. (balance is essential in relaxing while maintaining the satisfying feeling of taking care of your body).



Here are some tips for a healthy and balanced summer trip:



šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø Invest in a @MySensate, which triggers your vagus nerve by stimulating the sternum, easing you into a state of deep relaxation. Perfect for long flights or car rides when you need to rest but canā€™t entirely switch off.
