3 separate YellowJacket nests surround our home. Two in the Ground and one in a tree. Making it very difficult to work and play outside. 😞 Fortunately the Dog and I are the only ones to get stung so far. My Wife and Kids have stayed clear somehow.

We purchased the land March 17 but didn’t move here until May 1st. We’re a few days away from our 1 year anniversary living on the Homestead and I’ve put together a long video to summarize our last 12-ish months. The last several days have been Cold and Rainy. Today we woke up with snow on the ground. While looking forward to warmer days we’re still really enjoying this season. We’re building a deck (with some salvaged lumber) on the hillside so we can have dinner outside this spring.
