Since 2015, I have been making and publishing ASMR videos on YouTube. ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response", which means "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response". ASMR videos aim to provide viewers with a relaxing and soothing experience. They often use calming sounds such as whispering, light taps, clicks and so on.
ASMR videos can help people de-stress, relax and sleep better. Since 2015, I have been making various ASMR videos using different techniques and topics. I am constantly improving my content thanks to what I have learned on this journey and the feedback I receive from my viewers.
