Asta was born in Tasmania, a snowy island south of Australia. Introduced to the world after putting up a demo online at the age of 17, she quickly captured the attention of radio station Triple J and crowned winner of the annual Unearthed High competition.
Her music is likened to Dua Lipa, filled with funk infused bass lines and a vocal range like no other. Performing with a three- piece band, her live show is euphoric and uplifting.
Now an ARIA-Certified Gold artist with production and vocal influences ranging between Gwen Stefani, Carley Ray Jepsen and Whitney, Asta’s vocal and pop writing abilities are unique and nostalgic to the ear.
