There's something big cooking this week on my channel... and this one's not something you're going to want to miss. Its a much anticipated and long overdue challenge that will see me put head to head with the Swedish sandwich cake (smörgåstårta) 😱😳
Yes, that's right! I'll be attempting to *make my own* smörgåstårta - in fact, two different traditional variations on the Sandwich Cake and trying them live on camera for the first time, what could possibly go wrong 😰😆

Today's kind of a big deal... why you ask?! Because its my BIRTHDAY😱🎉 and to celebrate, summer decided to pop its head back out from behind the clouds, and I couldn't be happier about it😅🙌🏻

A deal's a deal and some of you have been asking when I'll be keeping my side of the bargain. To try surströmming (fermented herring), for the first time, live on camera, in a video😱 and to do it properly, so today I wanted to let you know that the wait is almost over🙈🇸🇪
Here's a picture I took last week, when I travelled up to the birthplace of surströmming, Ulvön, on Sweden's High Coast (Höga Kusten), taken moments before I tasted surströmming for the first time. And I can now confirm that the video proof is coming THIS SUNDAY, Sunday 8th August at 1500 CEST (Swedish Time). I hope you guys are ready... I'm not sure I was😳 but either way, I'm excited because it might just be my favourite video I've made so far!!
