IN REGARDS TO THE POLICE MACHETE VIDEO:
According to the West Midlands Police the video had surfaced in 2015 but recently resurfaced. I've decided to remove the video on that basis.
Here is the Police's official response & outcome of the situation.
âTo be clear, the officerâs words were wrong and entirely inappropriate. He and I are sorry for the upset and offence caused. He was presented with a challenging situation where stones were being thrown at his Coventry home and his family had been threatened. He reacted really badly.
âThe video is from 20 October 2015 and was posted on social media back then. The matter was investigated and dealt with at the time through our disciplinary processes. The officer acknowledged that he was in the wrong and was given what is known as management action â advice about the appropriateness of his words and a reminder of the high standards we â and those he serves - expect from him.
âThe two 16-year-old boys who were arrested for throwing stones and making threats wrote a letter to say sorry to the officerâs family and that was the end of the matter. Their parents supported this action once they understood what their children had done but what was not filmed. While initially angry by the officerâs reaction, once the situation was explained, they understood that this had prompted the officerâs bad response.â
We recently covered the case of 2 year old Kyrell Matthewâs, for those of you who donât know Kyrell had been tortured to death by his mothers boyfriend whilst also being subjected to abuse by his own mother.
At the time of his death he had 41 rib fractures, from punches, kicks & slaps.
Today theyâve been jailed
Kemar Brown (boyfriend) - jailed to life with the minimum term of 25 years.
Phylesia Shirley (mother) jailed to 13 years for manslaughter.

Britain's Prince Andrew has been stripped of his military titles and charities, Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday, a day after a judge ruled a s*xual abuse civil lawsuit against the Queen's son could proceed.
Andrew will also no longer use the style "His Royal Highness" in any official capacity, a royal source told reporters on Thursday.
"With The Queen's approval and agreement, the Duke of York's military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to The Queen.
The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen," the palace said in a statement.
