Many people all over the world have found tangling a great way to relax and tap into their inner artist. No drawing experience is necessary.
I started tangling about ten years ago and finally in the fall of 2020, at the height of the pandemic, I signed up to take the certification course on line. My class was taught from Germany. So now I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher or CZT as we call ourselves.
I hope you can develop a regular Zentangle practice. Doing so will increase your ability to get into the "Zen Flow" and heighten your meditative experience.
