Hello Friends, myself Aklesh Kumar an Alumni of IIT Roorkee, a Civil Engineer by profession. I learned yoga during my college time and the benefits of Yoga can not be described in words as the benefits you will feel inside you. I am a regular practitioner of Yoga since my college time and love to share the different asana and try to motivate others to join yoga exercise.
