Hey guys, I’ve been battling some tendon irritation in both biceps the past week or so, probably from starting weights again.

For this reason, it’ll probably be another week before I can film some more boxing content for you.

In the meantime I’ll be uploading other content for everyone who enjoys the non-boxing videos too.

If you just like the boxing content, forgive me for the delay, and thanks for understanding.

Would you guys like me to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and share my experience?

My life changed when I started replacing my down-time with work.

Not all of my downtime, but most of it.

This is what I learned:

When the average person is resting, the exceptional person is working.

When the exceptional person is resting, the hyper-exceptional person is still working.

My mind works in the following way:

There's nothing wrong with not being hyper-exceptional all the time, but there is something wrong with being average.

I still rest, recover and relax, but not as much as I did before.

The average person replaces none of their down-time with work.

The exceptional person replaces most of their down-time with work.

The most successful people on the planet replace all of their down-time with work.

If you want to move away from average, and move towards success, then remove some of your down-time, and replace it with work.

You don't have to be Elon, but you don't want to be average Joe.

(No offence intended to any Joes)

The problem is that inspiration and motivation can strike out of nowhere.

For example, I'm writing this from my car, pulled over on the side of the road.

I didn't expect inspiration to strike, but it did, and here I am.

If you can take advantage of inspiration, you'll find you have more motivation.

The next step, is to systematise your inspiration.

I said inspiration can strike out of nowhere, but I didn't say that it needs to.

If you intentionally dedicate part of your day to be inspired, you'll be surprised at the ideas that come to you.

I read a quote yesterday that summarised this perfectly.

The quote, by Raymond Charles, said,

"I only write when inspiration strikes. Fortunately, it strikes at nine o'clock every morning."

Hey Guys!
Today's video has been delayed a few hours, just trying to get my head around using a 2nd camera angle! Trying to get it working has been slightly harder than I anticipated haha!
Stay tuned though because the quality of the videos is going to be increasing very rapidly over the next few uploads!
Thanks, peace.

Would you like to see my boxing training sessions integrated more into a day-in-the-life style vlogging format? Like how Mike Thurston integrates his gym workouts into his vlogs
