After 5 days of waiting, democracy has made its say, and the 4th pfp option has been adopted, I've also changed the channel name from "Deducing Analyst Reawakened" to just "Deducing Analyst"
One last thing I want to do to finish organising the channel for the year is setting up an aligned relationship for videos and documents
I typically upload 2/4 videos a week on a 2/3 day ratio. However, being a student with school hours and homework hours as well as having a life (I know...shoking), I don't have much time to edit videos to this degree, let alone dedicate time to making progress in any of the docs I'm analysing since I simply don't have enough time.
Current events to prove this:
Neither the ATE nor Resurrection Lelouch docs are completely finished, although close
Anime Lelouch doc is only on episode 1 despite most big feats being analysed to some degree
Background documents such as the Scream & Trolls series and Kiyoko Otawara have made very minor progress except for Scream 3&4 Ghostface's and the first <=10 minutes of Kiyoko's feats
Obviously, background documents aren't as vital, but I'm aware of the demand for the Lelouch doc, so this post is for them specifically
With my reasoning passed, I'll move to the main point
Should I spend more time:
β Making videos with minimal/inconsistent progress on docs
β Make faster & more efficient progress on the docs with no/minimal video consistency

Today is the channels 1 yr anniversary!! π₯³π₯³
It's certain that I've come a long way and learnt so much from so many amazing people, and I really hope I've done the same for each and every person.
1 year has really flown by, 1 blink, and it all flashed by instantly, but in that time, I've made many friends and gained their insights and knowledge while hopefully gifting them with satisfactory knowledge and support in return.
1 year ago today, my goals for the year were to just have fun, gain a few subs, and just exist, nothing more than that. I'd predicted that I'd have a dozen or 2 subs and just make weird and whacky COTE content, as you can see from my earlier videos.
But I soon realised I'd far surpassed those goals in a fraction of the time, and suddenly, I'd built a small community of people, I was and still am elated with this outcome.
I've always had and still want to promote my perspective of SCD as a fun, subjectively driven, and fun community, away from the more hard-core and serious side that occupies most of the community but not that I neglect that side or downplay it, please don't misunderstand this. Yes, I get mad and blow off a little steam, and people doubt this, but I never enjoy these moments, and I apologise to everyone I have affected from these moments of lost clarity.
I've already formulated some goals for the coming year, nothing too ambitious or egotistical of course:
β Reach 250 subs - Reaching a quarter of a thousand sounds so awesome and I want to meet and interact with more people and mutually learn more and broaden the horizon of our perspectives and be chill and have fun while we're at it
β Finish the many docs I'm writing - As some would know, I'm writing A LOT of docs for really obscure characters, while not meant to be taken overly seriously for the most part as I'm writing most for fun. The anime + movies Lelouch doc is something I've decided to affirmatively go forward with even though a recent doc has already been written by someone else
β Expand the channel - This won't be a re-branding but instead a diversification of the channel. SCD is just a hobby for me, after all, and I have multiple other interests away from scaling in general, most of these ideas will have a Verbal aspect to these and I'll move onto that in a operate part
I may speak my first words on this channel in this 2nd year. While not major news and possibly something I may come to regret in the future but I want to do something to be unique, not necessarily famous but just unique, make a "Dedu's special touch" to my online identity, while I won't spoil anything yet, the time may come where it's all revealed.
Anyway, as usual, I've yapped on long enough, so I'll conclude by saying another huge thank you to everyone. I've had the pleasure of associating with over the past year, and I wish I've been a satisfactory friend, acquaintance, or anything in-between. If you want help in any way, I'll always try my best to assist you even outside of SCD.
I'll be commemorating the anniversary by remaking my first edit - Manabu vs Nagumo - and will even have the same music I used beforehand to display the progress I've made thanks to everyone supporting me as much as they have
