Just came back from Brasilia (capital of Brazil) a few days ago where I gave a talk to thousands of leaders on the topic of employee experience and leading with vulnerability. I also gave a talk to the top executives at Banco do Brazil, one of the largest banks in Brazil. I had an awesome time. Back on a plane in a few days heading to Mexico!
