Thank you for supporting me throughout this 1 year.
Sorry for not posting for a while. After a lot of thought, I have decided to make some changes to the channel.
I am working on leveling up the content. In 2023, I will bring some crazy awesome content to this channel. It takes time to work on the content I am planning. I won't post generic content anymore. Let's post something that's more meaningful.

After having a hectic week and a working weekend, when you take a break from work and open YouTube for entertainment...

The last month was hectic.
Growing responsibilities at work, personal life, business, and health issues made it difficult for me to concentrate on videos.
Long-format videos are real work. You spend time on research, script, shooting, editing, writing descriptions, and distribution. If I have to give you an estimate, every video is hard work of 8-12 hours.
As per our previous schedule, I'll continue with long-form videos once a week. Mostly, we can start them in the coming week.
But...
The good part is this. I have decided to be consistent with the content from now on. I am going to start with short-form content too. I am starting this 100 days challenge of uploading 1 short every day.
The idea behind this 100-day challenge is to 'Grow as a creator' by
- Challenging the hypothesis of 'not having enough time' to do something new
- Imbibing the growth mindset by learning something new every day
- Learning to create value-packed short-form content and
- Getting better at Storytelling
What can you expect from shorts?
- Stories from books, people, and businesses that will help you to learn from other's life lessons
- Tips to become more creative and productive
- Powerful insights on psychology and mindset
- Learning a new skill together (let's see which ones)

What it means to be a successful women? Go and watch this!
Shraddha Sharma, founder of Yourstory, is a perfect representation of many many women in this country, who want to be successful, who have aspirations and guts to fight.
80% of my audience is men but let me tell you, a woman goes through a lot more than what you can ever imagine. Self-doubt, societal pressure, confidence issues, guilt and what not. Because of patriarchy, men always have a position of privilege in the society.
We can only look at Shraddha's position today and feel that she is successful. But, to get to that postion, worked hard for 14 years. Look at the way she talks, there is humility and self-doubt in her voice but at the same time, she exactly knows who she is and what are her life choices.
