Hello! My name is Julia, I am 25, married and a mom of three boys - identical twins Isaac and Sawyer (3) who were both born prematurely and have Cerebral Palsy, and Elias (Eli). This is where I share our journey as a family learning to navigate and advocate for disability, motherhood and everything that comes with that.
