Hey everyone!

Happy Myths and Legends Day (I actually had no idea this existed until a few days ago but I'm glad I do now).

In honour of the holiday my publisher have made Live Like a Goddess (my new YA book) 99p on kindle for just one day so I wanted to give you a heads up in case you wanted to grab yourself a bargain: amzn.to/3Fdhe79

I was super excited to be invited to chat with Erica over on Moan Inc. all about ancient history, mythology, accessibility, and my career, and it was a TONNE OF FUN! If you're looking for more classics channels and want to hear everything we discussed make sure to check out Erica's channel and our video we filmed together.

Thanks so much Erica for having me!

Just a wee reminder that I'll be hosting a chill session of reading sprints starting at 2pm GMT tomorrow (Tuesday the 13th) for #LegendAthon but everyone is welcome regardless of what they're reading, writing, or working on. Let's keep each other company!

#LegendAthon begins in just over two weeks (9th-15th of Dec)!

If you didn’t catch my original announcement you can watch it here:
https://youtu.be/MY-3mLsZW-A

All you need to do to participate is dedicate that week to reading myth and fairy tale retellings but if you’d like an extra challenge I made a bingo board to help you guide your reading and discover new myths and fairy tales.

I’ve also included a stack of recommendations, all books I loved that retell myths and fairy tales from different parts of the world.

I’d love to know if you’re participating and what retellings are top of your TBR!

I cannot believe I'm saying this but The Flames of Albiyon has been out for A WHOLE YEAR.

This book (soon to be series) was my little passion project. It is a soft, queer, wish fulfilment fantasy world that I loved and still love writing. The fact that I've received such lovely messages from others who have enjoyed the world and the characters is therefore one of the most meaningful and heartwarming things to happen to me online.

As it's the one year anniversary of FoA's release and book two won't be out until summer/autumn next year, I've knocked 60% off the kindle book and 30% off the physical edition on amazon worldwide this week, for anyone who would still like a copy: amzn.to/3LvmC7M

If you have read an enjoyed FoA, however, I'd love to hear about your favourite character(s) in the meantime!

Thank you all so much for your support!
