Say what you want about Winston Churchill...
But regardless of what you think he had top tier leadership skills...
And there's a great lesson to draw from Churchill's story that I'd like to share with you in a moment.
Much of becoming a successful entrepreneur comes from being a good leader...
Because before a leader gets the privilege of leading others, they must first lead themselves.
This means they need to be capable, develop unshakable self belief...
And as a result, take massive action.
Churchill was once discussing with disgruntled generals the issue of soldiers not willing to push through a specific battle front no matter the orders given to them...
So he pulled out a piece of string and placed it on the table.
He said "This string is the soldiers"....
Then he put his finger on the back end of the string and pushed it forward, which made the string crumple up...
He said this is bad leadership.
Then he put his finger on the front end of the string and pulled it forward...
Naturally the string instantly straightened out following the front in a straight line...
As he looked at the generals, he said real leadership means you must take action and lead from the front.
Then the rest will follow...
This lesson is even more important as an entrepreneur.
Don't wait for the perfect time or for permission from anyone...
And definitely don't ever doubt your ability to get where you want to go...

Years ago, I lived the four-hour work week as I was traveling.

There's something that I want to tell you that might change your outlook on business, and as a result, shortcut the time to your dream financial outcome.
Many business owners have heard of the term opportunity cost, but most don't really apply it to their decision making frameworks.
This can cost you a LOT of time and money.
So let's do a quick thought experiment to see how.
By now you know what we do at the agency blueprint. Help recruitment agencies add an additional 1 - 5 candidate placements a month worth ~$8k in fees each while working about 4 days a week.
Now there might be many reason why you haven't decided to join even after seeing all the glowing testimonials on our site and web pages.
Don't have the money...
Want to try and see if you can figure it out on your own first...
Or many other reasons.
But when these decisions are considered from the perspective of opportunity cost, the risk/reward calculation falls apart quickly.
Take for example the amount of additional placements you could be adding to your business each month.
For the sake of being conservative, let's just assume you add 2 additional candidate placements a week worth about $8k in fees.
That's $16k in additional revenue each month. Multiply that by 12 for the year, and it comes out to $192,000 in additional revenue for the year.
Now let's consider that you decide to put off joining for 6 months until you're comfortable putting up the money.
Or worse, you decide you're going to try to figure it out on your own and spend 1 - 2 years until you get it right.
This means you would have lost between $96,000 to $384,000 in potential revenue if you just started with a proven system that's already worked for 500+ recruiters worldwide.
This isn't even considering all the other opportunities for growth you could have had with all that extra money you would have earned.
And if you haven't considered this, it's not your fault.
Because this isn't a skill that was ever taught to us growing up or in any of our jobs.
This is something that business owners need to worry about most, and so schools and employers never bother teaching it to us.
Leaving us to learn this lesson the hard way. With a huge amount of lost money, time, or even failure.
