This is how our Mk2 Ford Escort RS2000 was discovered. Still belonging to its one owner and untouched for 36 years! The story as to why he parked it up in his garage after five years of use and 17,000 miles is rather a sad one and we will reveal this with the full advert coming soon.
Ordered with steel wheels from new to save £135.01 on the list price, he treated himself to the alloy wheels a year later! You can see one of the steel wheels in the boot of the car and these have now been fitted again.
