What is fasting?
“Our spiritual need for God is far more fundamental than our physical need for food and water.”
I believe fasting is important part of our walk with God. Jesus called all of His disciples to fast. Matthew 9:15 (ESV) “… and then they WILL FAST.” Notice Jesus makes it clear that His people will fast.
