If NECA made a scale Martin Brody figure to go with their existing Quint and Hooper JAWS series, would you get one (or more if variants)?

REAL MOVIE SUIT or CUSTOM FIGURE? Les Walker (me) and Ibrahim Moustapha, have made custom McFarlane Sonar Suit Batman figures from Batman Forever. These photos, of the real movie used costume, and Les and Ibrahim's customs, show that lighting and basic paint apps make all the difference! Or, make them look very similar! Even if the shades are close, it can look about right!

A big prayer out to all those in this beautiful countryside, this being just north of Asheville, NC on I-26, only a week before Hurricane Helene rendered it unpassable, and mudslides and other damage took out half the roads, maybe even this one, and towns and such.... All I can say is God please be with these people and deliver them from this!
And another prayer to the people of the Tampa Florida area, all in middle Florida, as the new storm, Hurricane Milton rapidly approaches.....that hasn't happened yet, as of this writing, but it looks bad...
Lord, be with them and keep them safe!

Big upcoming project! The Trumpeter German King Tiger 1/16 scale model kit! I've been trying to work my way up to this kit for ages. My latest video of the 21st Century Panther tank is a warm up for this kit. I've always been a big history buff, and tank enthusiast, so bear with me as I get this guy rolling! And know, I am no a nazi! Little "n"! I don't capitalize those guys! But they did design some wicked stuff! I'm just glad we beat 'em with our stuff! People should read more about how our Greatest Generation fought for the world we live in today, with outmoded stuff against a very powerful and well trained aggressor! We have our great Veterans to thank for all we have today!
Anyway, big model build to come!

Speaking of JAWS....Bonnie and I are catching it today, Saturday 06/29/24, at our local theater, on the big screen! Yet again! Thanks to Georgia Theatre Company's Flashback Cinema, we get to see theatrical showings of classic movies from time to time. Every Summer it seems, around the 4th of July, they show JAWS, so off we go again to enjoy it once more! How many times for me is this? Working on at least 75 if I've seen it once! This is one you have to see on the big screen! Jaws was not made for video, or small format, it was made in a time of big movies, with big themes and presentations! If you have not seen it on the big screen yet, GO! There's no other way to truly take this classic in! Feel free to post a review if you see the movie this week, or any week, at the theater, and how was your theatrical experience!

Hey everyone! We here at LesBonArts are changing up! This channel, formerly known as just "Les Walker", will now show more of both Les and Bonnie's artworks, namely, Bonnie's dollhouses along with all the scale figures and models Les has been sharing. So, we are changing banners for a while, this year, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Les' favorite movie, JAWS! To make the new banner, we shot his newly finished Stannarts Bruce shark kit, and set it with an underwater background and a scale shark cage setup Les had laying around...hope you like, and know we will be moving more towards a shared Les AND Bonnie artwork environment! Look for more exciting content from us both soon! And you that have visited and subscribed already, thanks for sticking with us all this time! We appreciate you!

LesBonArts is the shared channel of both Les and Bonnie Walker. We are lifelong Model, Figure and Dollhouse crafters, and like many on YouTube, we love to show off current projects and our collections. It is not our intent to insult or offend anyone. Although it is an age 13 and over channel, we use no adult language or images, and ask the same from guests. We will often add new videos of our individual and collective works for the amusement of those that might be interested. We are both trained artists. Les went to Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA, and Bonnie went to Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, FL. We share a shop in a converted bedroom in our apartment in our North Georgia mountains home, and there we create the custom items you will see in videos on our channel. Some of the older videos posted are from before we were married, and are from Les' collection. So, all that said, ENJOY! And please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and COMMENT!
