In response to the profound impact of the documentary "Bully," Tyler Copenhaver-Heath felt a deep urge to combat the widespread issue of bullying and raise awareness. Joined by Clifford Starks, the duo embarked on a mission to provide education and help for kids facing bullying challenges.
Both men have personal ties to the cause.
As successful entrepreneurs, ASU alumni, and martial arts training partners (with Starks being a professional fighter), their journey hasn't been without its hurdles. Copenhaver-Heath grappled with financial constraints throughout his youth, while Starks was part of the alarming statistic: one in five kids in the U.S. who experience bullying.
Driven by their past and the desire to make a difference, they launched Bully This. We not only shares their stories of overcoming adversity but also serves as a beacon of hope for children and families. Their core message? No matter the depth of bullying's pain and shame, there's always help and a way forward.
