For me, happiness is improving 1% every day and ignoring everything else. 📈

Since doubling down on YouTube, I’ve focused on one metric: watch time. 👀

The lifetime progress (pic below) is a reminder that success isn’t about instant results—it’s about committing to the process. The dips? Holiday seasons. That’s clarity only achieved by showing up week after week, year after year.

A few years ago, I wasn’t sure if this would work. But instead of chasing vanity metrics, I focused on improvement. That shift changed everything. 🎬

Whatever you’re doing, focus on something that brings you joy—even if it means failing along the way. Because the only real failure is stopping too soon.

What’s one thing you’re working on improving, 1% at a time?

It took me 18 months to reach my first 1,000 subscribers on YouTube - but only 8 months to get my second 1,000 subscribers. Even at these early stages, this is what exponential growth looks like. 📈

This week saw my 200th upload on my YouTube channel. It’s a huge milestone as it means I’ve been consistently planning, recording, and editing videos now for 2 years.

From delivering military training in person to now creating training videos for online business on YouTube, it’s been an amazing journey.

A few things that allowed me to get to 200 videos…

✅ Researching and planing quarterly content.
✅ Batch recording all content in advance.
✅ Using systems to schedule and publish.
✅ Committing to myself to publish weekly (and prioritising this).

It can feel a lot when recording 10 videos in one week, but it’s so worth it being able to take the summer off and enjoying spending time in Europe with family and friends.

This is safe in the knowledge that people are watching my videos, signing up for my emails and applying to join my coaching programs.

I’ve learnt so much from creating 200 videos, I am excited already for the next 200, the people I will get to meet and the possibilities it will enable!

I recently got interviewed on a podcast with ‪@wylenebenson6793‬ to discuss how leaders should be able to identify when it's time to pivot or not.

In this interview, I share when I knew the time was right for me to pivot from being an employee, to owning my own business.

Hope you enjoy...
