Ninja Brian of āŖ@nspā¬ stole the Ninja's camera. Sucks. So we won't be doing a live this week, but, BUT! we will have alt version of the Ninja and Ninja Brian meeting up for members.
And we should have another full video done by the end of the week which will hit Members first!

We are a shorts first channel, that's the feedback from the algorithm and the analytics. SInce the relaunch we've gotten 88% of our views from the shorts we have published and it's 95% of the views we've had in the last 28 days.
It's fun to see the Ninja find its audience once more. We've had over 2M views, 23000+ new followers, and sold a ton of merch in the last 3 months! So thank you!
Now to sort out what it means to be more of a shorts first channel, while there are no plans (and I don't think we'd ever abandon the longer widescreen editions), it seems like that's only a sometimes food for the general audience. The widescreen versions typically have longer versions of the answers as well as outtakes.
We're leaning to release less of those widescreen videos to the public, with most of the questions being released as shorts, and giving the members of Thr33 more regular access to the longer answers and outtakes (both as shorts and widescreen).
Also we are experimenting with the algorithm by unlisting the deep archive to see if it helps with the newer vids. You can find all of the archive on the channel playlists.

I especially like, but was also worried about, the replacing a body part rant/ramble. I was worried that it was a bit too long and discursive, but it made me (Kent) laugh. So seeing the comments and analytics that you liked it too was awesome!

We are going live for members today at 130pm EDT/1030am PDT for another recording session with Douglas, Kent, and the Ninja.
These have been pretty fun the last couple of times, we take a live questions from the chat and show the whole process. It's a thing!

Schedule for this week and housekeeping.
Next episode is coming out on 5/19 for members, and 5/20 for everyone. This will be the first episode with member shout outs, but you need to be a member by 11:59PM PDT Friday 5/16/25 to be in the credits.
We are planning on another livestream at 330pm EDT/1230 PDT, and we'll leave the video up for members for at least a week. Members can watch live and throw out questions as we record. The first one went great, with the except of some tech glitches. Kent is honing in on better tech to make it clear and legible for everyone.
It's also the last chance to get the I Was Hiding Limited Edition Tee. That design will be archived 5/15.
On that note, if you buy something from the merch store we have been doing around 5 thank you videos each time we record for people that buy stuff. We choose who to thank through a mostly random process with some asking fun questions and some who have ordered a large amount, and some totally rando.
We are working to build community brick by brick, so if you post any fanart, pics of you in merch, or you posting your thank you vids, tag us and we'll repost or put into our stories!
