Inspired by two of my favourite bands: BAND-MAID & Throwing Muses
Here I keep a small selection of channel recommendations to just some of my favourite bands and artists. There is some awesome J-Rock, as well as 70's Rock, 80's & 90's Indie and Shoegaze, some World Music and some other stuff that isn't easy to classify.
Japanese musicians have a little different and sometimes more creative song writing and instrumental skills, so I have kept those in separate sections for easier exploring.
Some are well-known artists, but most only have a relatively modest following, representative of their unique music.
