Just received this emoji guide and honestly… I’m impressed and a bit baffled. Apparently šŸœ doesn’t mean noodles, šŸ„€ isn’t just about flowers, and 🄶 definitely isn’t about being cold!!

This was actually an eye opener for me - I had no idea what these emojis meant (and I thought I was cool!)

If you’ve got kids, care for kids, or work with young people, take 2 minutes to scan this, then pass it on / share. It’s a brilliant (and slightly alarming) insight into how emojis are actually being used today.

Did any of these surprise you?

I don’t take creatine to get ripped. I take it to think clearer.

Yes, it helps with muscle recovery.
But the real win for me is in the brain.

Creatine fuels ATP production — the main energy source your brain runs on.
That means better mental clarity, sharper focus, and less mental fatigue.

Some studies even link it to improved memory and mood, especially when you’re under stress or running on little sleep.

And for something that costs less than a few quid a month, it’s a no-brainer.
I just scoop it into my Huel at lunch. No taste. No fuss. Just results.

It’s easily one of the smartest additions to my daily routine.

Anyone else using it for the brain gains?

Paid 102 salaries today šŸ’ø

Still feels surreal considering it was just three of us 13 months ago.

The turning point?

We nailed the offer.
Made it an absolute no-brainer for clients:

āœ”ļø Saves them time
āœ”ļø Gets big results
āœ”ļø Solves a real, top-of-mind problem

From that moment, it stopped being a grind… and started feeling like we were holding onto a rocket šŸš€

If I’ve learnt anything, it’s this:

šŸ‘‰ Keep asking: Is my product / service really remarkable?
šŸ‘‰ Does it truly remove pain, not just add ā€˜nice to have’ value?
šŸ‘‰ Are prospects crazy not to buy?

And if the answer is no… don’t rip it up.
You’re probably digging in the right spot, just haven’t hit the gold seam yet.
Keep refining.

That’s how you go from a team of 3 to 102.

(If you even need to - most should not have big teams these days - we wrapped VA services into our coaching program - happy to show you how if you like?)

To all the half-term heroes… I see you.
Camped out in soft plays.

Laptop balanced on a knee.

One eye on the inbox, the other on a ball pit brawl.

Between toilet trips, head bumps, tiers and tantrums, you somehow find five sacred minutes to get actual work done.

You, my friend, are forged in chaos.
A multitasking ninja.

The remote worker’s final form.

When the kids go back to school, you’ll be producing at triple speed, while others are still ā€œwarming up with a flat white.ā€

You don’t just survive half term.
You melt snowflakes for breakfast.

Go forth. Conquer. Rule the ball pit.

The best place to plan my life right now?

It’s not a whiteboard.
Not a journal.
Not even a mastermind group.

It’s ChatGPT šŸ¤–

I know that might sound a little mad, but honestly… I love jumping on and chatting to it.

I map out big-picture strategies.

Ask how my ideas might impact our family.

Explore what it would mean for the kids’ education.

Even test out wild concepts like moving countries or starting / selling a business.

And unlike some people I’ve shared those plans with in the past…

It never says they’re too crazy, too big or too ambitious.

In fact, it complements them.
Builds on them.
Encourages me to keep going.

It’s like having a strategist, sounding board and hype man rolled into one. Available 24/7.

And when you’ve got bold dreams, that’s exactly what you need.

Who else is using it in a similar way?

Why I turned my to-do list into a to-delegate list, and why I’ll never go back.

Let me explain...

I used to wake up with a head full of tasks and a calendar that looked like a game of Tetris!

Everything relied on me.

Creating. Approving. Fixing. Pushing things over the line.

But it wasn’t until I made a simple shift: writing each task down into a Trello board with the sole intention of never doing it again.

The everything changed.

Now I work on each task just long enough to fully delegate it and systemise it with my team.

And once it’s humming without me?

I’m off āœˆļø
āœ”ļø Exploring new ideas
āœ”ļø Meeting old mates in far-off cities - see photo! (Richard Armour) šŸ—ŗļø
āœ”ļø Crossing the Sahara Desert with my dad šŸŖšŸ”„

And here’s the wild part.

I come back and the business hasn’t just survived.

It’s grown šŸ“ˆ

Clients served.
New clients signed.
No pile-up on my desk šŸ™Œ
