Shaban: Fast the Three White Days
The Messenger of Allah i said,
4 Fasting three days of each month is equivalent to fasting for a lifetime.
The days of al-Bid (white days) are: the 13th, 14th & 15th." (Nasal)
You can combine intention for fasting Monday as part of the three white days as well as a sunnah day.
“Fasting three days (Ayaam Al-Baeed) of each month is fasting for a lifetime, and Ayaam Al-Baeed are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.” (Al-Nasaa’i )
In sha Allah, for Dhul Qaadah, Al Ayyam al-Beed will fall on:
13th – Monday 13th
14th – Tuesday 14th
15th – Wednesday 15th

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “My close friend [the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)] advised me to do three things which I will not give up until I die: fasting three days of each month, praying Duha, and sleeping after Witr. (Bukhari & Muslim)
The Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, anyone who fasts a day in Allah's cause (for Allah's Pleasure) Allah will keep his face away from the (Hell) fire for (a distance covered by a journey of) seventy years." (Bukhari)
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جنت سختیوں سے گھری ہوئی ہے۔ اور جہنم خواہشات سے گھری ہوئی ہے۔
