Hello, hello my beautiful beloveds! Welcome to a super fresh and clean, super sexy new year!
Wow. I do so love this time of our experience ~ saying goodbye to the old, welcoming in the new. Reflections, contemplations, fresh starts. A beautiful opportunity to consciously release that which we do not want to carry forward and get very clear on how we want to live and embrace our passions in the new year.
What are you feeling especially turned on about for this new year? What's got you excited? What are you leaving behind in 2024?
As many of you know, I love coaching and guiding men to be super strong in their passion and their power. As such, I get super excited to share any resource I come across to support that process (FYI ~ see my website for books, resources, documentaries and more!).
I recently got turned on to an amazing podcast here on YouTube called ManTalks that is seriously opening me up to understand the inner world of men better and even understand myself better as it pertains to relating in more healthy ways with you all.
I adore men and love nothing more in this world than connecting with you, hence my being so super passionate about supporting us all to have the sexy, inspiring, fulfilling, fun connections so many of us truly long for. And that means getting conscious of and clearing out all the crap that is getting in the way of those connections ~ old belief systems, unhealthy thought and behavior patterns, insecurities, and old faulty ways of relating.
This new podcast is amazing to support this process. This guy knows men so well and has some excellent insights. I have been binging episodes and just cannot say enough good things about it. If you are ready to break free from some unhealthy patterns and get a whole new perspective on what has been holding you back ~ check this out!
And women ~ you will totally benefit from this as well ~ it is giving me great insight into both my own energies and patterns, but men's as well. Super supportive!

Really powerful ruins in Sacred Valley called Nuapa Iglesia ~ said to be an old Stargate or dimensional portal, a wormhole connected to Egypt. That rectangle carved in the wall is the Gateway. The energy here was super strong and palpable. Many people make pilgrimage here now to honor the site and connect with the powerful energies of the place. Super grateful for the opportunity to experience this. ๐๐ฅฐโค๏ธ
I love being on pilgrimage to visit the Sacred sites on our gorgeous planet Mother Earth. ๐๐๐

I had some huge awareness come through during my practice today around integrating our shadow and our need to journey into The Underworld in order to do so. ๐ฅ
There we meet Pluto, the Lord of the Underworld, and The Dark Goddess in her many forms. We enter in as the Persephone archetype and there we meet our shadow ~ which can consume us or liberate us! How we work with these energies is extremely important and vital to our spiritual path ~ to balancing our Sacred Masculine | Sacred Feminine energies. Our shadow and light. Our inner and outer worlds. โฏ๏ธ
Balance, harmony, union. Within and without. This requires integration of all aspects of ourselves ~ shadow AND light! Extremely important work on a path of Sacred Sexuality, as so much of our sexual energy and expression has been relegated to the shadow in this dogmatic, religion-based society. ๐
No judgment on religion mind you, but we have definitely inherited a great deal of very strange beliefs regarding our sexuality. As with everything, though, I trust this was a necessary part of our evolution, as everything happens for a reason and is happening for us. So, again, no judgment or shame, but we are now ready for a new way ~ we are ready to bring our sexuality out of the shadows! ๐ซ
We need to unpack this! And integrate our sexuality back into healthy expression. This requires a journey to The Underworld! โ ๏ธ
