DEPRESSION ..
Positive EMOTION does not come from attaining objects, it comes from a consequence of seeing that things are working as you proceed to a goal you value.
This is why goal setting is an essential tool in dealing with depression, something I do often.
FIND a purpose and find TRUE happiness🙏👊❤️

Training is FLYING currently, it’s the first time in YEARS, I’ve felt like the old me, like I’m able to make gains, like I’m growing, recovering, feeling excited, strong and healthy … this feeling is something I strive to achieve, the feeling of progression, the feeling of growth, both internal and external, for me, there is no better driving force than change …
A lot of people talk about the importance of balance, and structure to your life … i will say this, to be the best, to make serious progress, to be number one … you have to be obsessed, you have to be dedicated 100% of the time,
You have to sacrifice … I’m not saying this is the best way to be, or that it’s mentally or physically healthy … BUT I am saying, it’s what it takes to be the very best … and now, at this time of my life, that’s where my head is, I am so hungry, so focused, so determined to be the very best version of myself. Put YOU first, make YOU a priority, do what YOU need to do, to be where YOU want to be …
Those who love and understand will support you, be there for you, want the same things for you …
Those that don’t, we’re never meant to be there in the first place 👊🙏

Spent my birthday going through work on the plane 👊😂🎥
What a way to spend it, however, just landed in Dubai for a few hours to stretch my legs then off we head to Rome.
