Sunrise today - December 15, 2021 - from my backyard. You're looking southeast across Lake Winnisquam towards Gunstock and Belknap Mountains. Gunstock is the hump on the left, Belknap just to the right. I love watching the sun rise. Are you the opposite? Are you a night owl?

December 2, 2021 This was a moonrise I captured about ten days ago from my backyard. You're looking east across Lake Winnisquam in central New Hampshire. If the winter is normal, in two months or less you'll be able to walk the 5/8 of a mile across the lake to the other shore. Not me, though. I'm terrified of falling through ice.

December 2, 2021 - Here's looking out my man cave window this morning, the second day of December. It's our first cover snow of the year here in central New Hampshire. Some rain is forecast later this morning so it might eat it up. The shed in the upper right matches my house in every detail. It was a Kickstarter project I did about eight years ago.
