Hello to all the new subscribers, welcome to the Inner Peace community. I hope this channel will help you relax, de-stress and sleep. My aim is to help to reduce anxiety and spread peace to everyone watching 😊
So wow, we’ve just hit a huge milestone of 1000 subscribers in just a few short months. I’m absolutely thrilled, as I had no idea how the channel would do when I started it, so thank you to each and everyone of you, for your support, comments, likes and subscriptions, I appreciate it more than I can say.
Please all of you feel free to get involved on this community page, and discuss what helps you stay stress free and sleep, if we can all help each other out, it’ll just make life that bit easier.
Also feel free to tell me the type of videos you’d all like to see and I’ll do my best to create them for you.
This is a relatively new journey for me and a learning process, but it’s great to have you all along for the ride. Let’s see how far this channel can go in the coming years and months!!!

Hopefully you all watched my Scotland videos, if so you’ll have seen this stunning castle called Eilean Donan, here’s a brief history of it 😊
Originally built in the mid-13th century, Eilean Donan stands on a small island in the northern Highlands. After being destroyed during a rebellion in 1719, the castle lied in ruins until the 20th century when it was restored (although not quite to how it looked in the Middle Ages). It is now considered one of the most iconic places in Scotland.

We’ve another milestone which is over 100k views, which I’m thrilled about, especially since my channel is less than 6 months old. We’re also heading towards 1000 subs, if we can hit that before the end of November, we’ll have achieved that mile stone in just 6 months, which is fantastic as the average is up to one year to achieve this. So please feel free to share my content on other social media platforms, to help us achieve the magic 1000 subs. Also pressing the like button and all your comments really help the algorithm push our content.
My aim is to help people who suffer with anxiety or stress to feel that bit better and to help those who suffer with insomnia sleep better. So any help you guys can give sharing content etc, helps us to help others
