Experiential learning is an enriching process that makes learning activity like playing or watching a movie.It is an instinct in every human being which needs to be fostered and encouraged. When the learning process becomes a part of human experience the whole aspect of stress and examination fear will have no space in the whole process.

The process of transforming the task of education into an experiential process requires education to be personalized. Personalized education process involves understanding each individual learner and customizing the content as well as the space for learning as per the learning needs and learning styles of each individual.
