There are times I can study for 6hrs with no fatigue and enthusiasm,
And there are days where I don't feel like it.
On those days I try to do atleast something to keep the snowball moving.
Even if it's just 20 mins.
What's important is to understand that's it's okay that you may feel that way sometimes.
I discovered this too in the Gym.
When I workout, there are days I can break my PR's. (Personal Records).
But most of my days is maintaining a level of fitness throughout spans of months.
Moral of the story is, find the golden hours you can maintain over a long period of time without over extending yourself too much.
1-2 hrs quality reading a day is way more valuable than blocking 6hrs poor quality study work.
There are other things to take care of beyond studying.
Dentistry is a marathon, jogg with a steady pace.
Remember this is not a race.
