Hi lovely people! Marc is on the mend, but we've decided for many reasons to slow down our video production. We've been doing two a week for several months now and it's getting to be a bit much. We just have so much to show you! But the production and upload of the videos themselves takes so much time away from our work and family time that we need to slow it down. So we'll be alternating between a video on this channel and a video on āŖ@LostGardensofChateauRosieresā¬ each week. This week it's the turn of our other channel, where we'll be doing you a tour of our fabulous Rose, Iris and Peony collections - there are some beautiful, fascinating and just plain weird varieties, as you might expect of Marc!

Hello all! Well the big weekend is arriving and it's the christening of our little Juliette. This means no video today as we've been flat out with all of the preparation rather than filming. We'll be back next week, but in the meantime how about taking a look at our other channel if you haven't already. There's just one spot in tonight's class that I'm taking. It's the introductory class to learning French with Lingoda and even if you can't take this one, you'll find there are many other opportunities to take the same class at a different time.
If you want to join me in tonight's class then it's at 20:00 French time (19:00 UK, 16:00 ET, 15:00 PT) with the teacher 'Elyane', one of Lingoda's certified native-French speakers.
Tomorrow night (Tuesday 14th May) I will be studying the second class in the course, at the same time of day with teacher Fida. In that class we'll learn how to say who we are and where we live. All classes are by zoom but you don't have to show yourself if you don't want! If you are signed up for the class, please let me know below so that I can look out for you and say hi!

Hi all! There was a slight technical hitch and the premiere wasn't set up in time, even though I thought it was! In order to let as many people as possible join, we're going to premiere an hour later tonight. Sorry for those it's too late for but you can catch us tomorrow! It's about an amazing pebble mosaic that took Margot 4 months to create. It's astounding what she managed!

Two premieres coming tonight - hopefully 21:30 and 22:00 on this channel and then āŖ@LostGardensofChateauRosieresā¬ - we had some technical issues and then Clement fell and had a huge nosebleed so I'm still sorting through the last checks and doing thumbnails but keep your eyes peeled. They're two really exciting episodes - well exciting things take place and I'm so looking forward to showing them to you!

Hi all, I had an email from one of our faithful subscribers this week saying that they were worried they hadnāt heard from us. Weāre more or less ok so donāt worry! A family Christmas, a short break away, two bouts of illness, two weeks with no school and three weeks with no Margot meant we had our hands full! Plus all of the other things that we have to keep on top of just managing a property of this size and ageā¦ water leaks, extra care for animals during cold weather, tractor tire coming off, washing machine breaking down, plumbing problems, trees needing fellingā¦ the list goes on! We love showing you our lives and work on YouTube and Social Media but to do so takes a huge amount of time with editing and producing the videos. We rarely have more than half an hour of downtime a day at the moment so itās just not possible. Bear with us and weāll be back soon!

Last year we embarked upon the most ambitious chateau tour ever. For every day of advent we toured a different room of the chateau (and still didn't finish!) The result was a chateau tour over SIX HOURS long. These videos have been unavailable since last winter but this Christmas they are all available to view again. If you didn't have time to watch last year, or you're a new viewer, this is your chance. This is also a great opportunity to remind yourselves of what the chateau looks like now, as starting in January we'll be bringing you some major transformation projects and starting the BIG restorations and renovations the main chateau. Hello all! We're back and working feverishly on editing all the footage we've been filming for months now. There will be a new Chronicles of Rosieres video later this week featuring the latest progress on the Coach House, but for now why not check out tonight's video over on our other channel.
