Flow arts, multiple & quad line kiting to music. RC, Reviews, Painting, Making silly videos and just about anything and everything in-between that gets my eclectic interest, when I am physically able. (Health permitting!)
*It's the love & appreciation for all genres of music & arts that I gravitate towards the flow arts & multiple kite ballet, which I find to be both spiritual & healing when combined.
Flow for me, incorporates the use of any prop or props, that I may use to interpret music with fluid motion & punctuation, where I become totally connected to the music, rhythm & prop or props.
Flow started off with kite ballet routines to music & recently discovered the mainstream flow arts.
