Good afternoon: I've got a new video about the 80s horror Slaughter High and its place within the evolution of the slasher film out now!

Hello!
Firstly, I'd like to apologise for my absence recently - outside of the channel, I've been incredibly busy, and haven't been able to find the time to create videos. However, that will be changing in the coming weeks, and I have a few projects that I am incredibly excited about.
Secondly, I realise that I had promised a video about the history of Red Dwarf VHS releases in a previous post - unfortunately, I don't believe I'll be able to complete that video. When I had proposed the project initially, I had thought that the subject would be far more interesting than it ended up being in reality, and the script I had prepared was overlong, and - quite frankly - not very engaging. I am sorry if anyone was looking forward to this video, but I don't think this will be the last time I talk about that series on this channel.
More updates to come soon!

Hello! As I've managed to complete it, I'll be releasing 'A Beginner's Guide To The Movies Of Jackie Chan' at 6:30pm BST today!

Hello! I am still working on the Red Dwarf VHS video - but, as I mentioned earlier, it's a project that will probably be my biggest since the channel's inception, and I want to give it the time and attention it deserves. However, I'm aware that I haven't posted any new content in a while, so I've decided to take on a smaller video in the meantime: as such, I'm pleased to announce that my next video will be 'A Beginner's Guide To The Cinema Of Jackie Chan'! Chan is one of my favourite action filmmakers, and I'm looking forward to discussing his films through this video.
Admittedly, I haven't got a concrete release date for this as of yet, but stay tuned and expect this one in the near future!

Since I can't use poll options and include a new thumbnail in the same post, here is the new and improved thumbnail for my proposed Red Dwarf VHS video!

Okay: quick update on the Red Dwarf VHS video - having realised that this will likely be my biggest project thus far (the script isn't actually finished yet and is already longer than anything I've produced as of yet) combined with other real-life deadlines I have to meet within the next couple of weeks, I've decided to delay that video, and should be producing something shorter within the next couple of weeks.
However, given the amount of work that will be going into this Red Dwarf video, I did want to check how many of you guys would like to see this? I have uncovered some interesting stuff about the show's home release history that may have otherwise remained buried, but I don't want to spend a great deal of time on a video that nobody is going to want to watch.
(Also, I've included the new title and thumbnail that I'll likely be sticking with should this video release!)

I'd just like to take a moment to thank everyone who is currently subscribed to the channel - as of this morning, the channel has hit 1,000 subscribers!
Which, quite honestly, feels a little strange: when I started up this channel, I was unsure if anybody was going to be interested in what I had to say, let alone this many people!
So, if you've stuck with the channel, I'd just like to say thank you. I hope I'll be able to continue making content for you all to enjoy!

Hello! Just wanted to announce my next video that should be coming to you all within the next few weeks - A Deep Dive Into The Strange World Of Red Dwarf VHS Releases.
That title and thumbnail might not be final, by the way - I may end up sticking with them, but the project is at early days at the moment, and I don't want to fully commit to something that may not fit with the video I end up producing. I've chosen such a niche topic largely because I think its a facet of the show that is rather under-dicussed despite the gargantuan impact it actually had on how people accessed and viewed the show.
I'm unsure as of yet exactly when I'll be able to finish and release this (I'm mostly just researching and working on the script at the moment), and that's largely down to be swamped with other stuff I've got going at the moment. With that being said, however, this should reach your screens by the end of the month at the very latest!

Hello! As you all may have noticed, I mostly use these posts to workshop different ideas and concepts for future videos - however, I was curious to see if there's any topics I've covered previously that you all would be interested in seeing me cover again (or not, as the case may be!)

Okay: quick announcement. I was planning to upload a new Simpsons deep dive today that covered my favourite episode of the show - however, YouTube's automatic copyright system has made it immensely difficult to get that video out into the world.
After trimming small sections here and there, uploading and reuploading and reuploading again, it became quite clear that I wasn't going to be able to release the video in anything close to its original form. After a lot of consideration, I've decided to upload and release the heavily trimmed version - it's watchable, and I very much hope you'll all still be able to get some enjoyment out of it, but please do keep in mind that it's far from the video that I had envisioned and originally produced.

I make videos about things I like :)
Okay, maybe I should be more specific. I make videos mainly discussing film and television (although I can't promise not to branch out every now and again) and hope to entertain and only occasionally inform.
