I’m editing my Your Hardest Questions Q&A: Gez vs AI Deathmatch at the moment.

Turns out it takes 10-15 minutes per question to actually do them justice. (And I have about 25 great questions).

Does it put you off watching if you see a video that’s 45 minutes long? Would you rather I spam the channel with multiple 15 minute vids, each with a single question? (I don't care about the algorithm, only that you actually get the easiest access to the content you want).

Thanks!

What are the hardest (reasonable) questions you’ve got around the subject of Long Covid?

Post your questions here and in an upcoming vid I will take on AI in a versus battle for the ages, to see who can answer them best.

Very pleased to announce a second live Q&A for members next Monday. Please reply to this post with any of your questions! I'm happy to deal with any AMA type questions, so it doesn't have to be about LC. I'm going to be talking about the latest research that's got me excited, upset or otherwise - and then diving into the advance questions and ones that come out of the live chat. I expect we'll run about 40 minutes or so, which is the most that any of us can manage!

Running my first live Q&A, in an 'ask me anything' style on Monday. I think it'll be a live stream type thing where you can pop questions up in the chat that I can then make a half assed attempt at answering.

If the time zones don't work for you, then pop your questions as comments on this post, and I'll answer them in the stream - which will be available to view normally even once it's ceased being live. Going forwards I'll try to mix up the times so they're inclusive as possible for everyone, no matter where they are.

In fact, throw as many questions as you can into the comments on this post to make me feel less awkward if no-one turns up and I end up speaking to myself :D

If you're not a member yet, then signing up costs you 99p (the least YouTube will let me charge), and Google £5.00 (yes, really - they pentuple your contribution). You'll also get early access to new content as well as priority comment replies and these live Q&As. Here's the link: youtube.com/channel/UCln_SCEd4JiGkHIUZd1VlXw/join

I’m now two days away from my 5 year Coviderversary. And rest assured that I will be doing something to mark the occasion - an extended, podcast style discussion with fellow 5 year long hauler and coach Nicola Holmes.

But first, I’d like to stick a big middle finger up to the LC by celebrating something much more fun.

Today the story of taking on the infamous ‘Green Hell’ in my DeLorean is published in The Intercooler.

Sharing space with some of the most respected writers in all of automotive journalism is something I’d have dreamed about as a kid (when as a 7 year old I was eagerly memorising the top speeds of every new car in the back of my Dad’s car mags), and I feel very privileged and lucky to do so now.

The Intercooler is a subscription magazine, but they have a free trial if you want to read the piece. I signed up and never looked back - if you like cars you won’t find better content anywhere!

I know I’ve been quiet on the channel for a while. But just wanted to say I’m going to have a few videos coming next month!

Firstly, on the growing evidence for mitochondrial dysfunction at the heart of the ME/CFS subtype of LC - one of the primary drivers of fatigue, cognitive dysfunction & PEM.

And secondly, what the hell can we do about it? I’ve been on another personal experiment (out in chilly Germany at the moment, hence pic) and I’ll be breaking down the science behind it and my experiences.

Any particular questions on the subject, fire them into the comments here and I’ll address them in the vids!

If you missed any of the presentations (including mine!) from the Overcoming Long Covid & CFS Summit - *ALL* of them are FREE for the length of the weekend.

Have a look and see if any of the speakers pique your interest - there were some genuinely fantastic talks. If you just have time to watch one - check out Dr Jordan Vaughn on blood clotting (Day 1).

My presentation at the summit is live today! I talk about the entire treatment landscape for Long Covid, as it exists at the moment - from what you might get from your pharmacy, to your GP, to your specialist, and then some of the wilder things out there that might be available internationally. And what’s better - the pharmacological approach or holistic?

It’s totally free to watch all of today’s presentations live - here’s the link (when you register they send you a link to watch all of today’s content)

drtalks.com/long-haul-syndrome-summit/?uid=200&oid…

However if you’d like an all access pass - to catch up on any presentations you’ve missed, as well as access to all of the presentations any time, forever (as well as being able to download all the transcripts) then that is available for $97, or about £80. If you use this link, then I get a helpful percentage - which of course is very gratefully received!

Hope you find it helpful!
