Hello my lovely peaches! π I watched the Karen Read trial and made a bunch of videos each day. As many of you already know, there was a hung jury which was a mistrial. Just a note*mistrials can be for several reasons. But a hung jury always results in a mistrial. A hung jury means that the jurors were not able to come to a unanimous decision. And I believe that that is correct because IRL and in the comments people also seem confused and conflicted therefore reasonable doubt therefore not guilty. Maybe I'll feel differently when they get a deal over if they do it over and do a better job. I will be putting out another new video soo, which will be called something like "WHY the jury Got it right! Reasonable doubt but probably still guilty of vehicle or manslaughter"

Enjoy...Today I watched Jen McCabe get cross examined by defense attorney Alan Jackson and they went at it... My guess is most people thought she was lying. But even with knowing she's probably lying about some things he doesn't answer any questions for me and I also found her credible in a lot of ways as well.
Anyway these are my thoughts and there are no screen recorded sections of testimony in this video maybe in the next one
