Representationās important, especially during times like now where people are marginalised and turned into scapegoats regularly.
So hereās some stuff that, while none of your business, Iāll share in case it helps anyone feeling alone:
Iām non-binary & have gender dysphoria.
Iām probably demisexual & polyamorous.
Iāve got ADHD, ASD, and a history of depression and panic/anxiety disorder.
I take anti depressants monitored by a psychiatrist, and see a therapist regularly.
Long COVID gave me Chronic Fatigue, which Iām still suffering from 2 years in.
Being āperson off the internetā Iām usually careful not to talk about personal stuff. Iām in the odd position where people have a parasocial relationship with me, and are interested in me and my life.
I enjoy sharing my work, humour, and things Iāve made online. But that doesnāt entitle anyone to know anything about my personal life.
Iāve seen other creators have their life and relationships discussed, and I donāt want that.
Iām sharing personal info despite this, in case it helps someone.
