About
A-Play is a new Chinese folk music band. After deep internal integration of traditional folk music and contemporary music elements, A brand new instrumental music style has been generated. From the perspective of modern ordinary urban residents, the music creation observes the pyrotechnics of eastern market culture, the spirit of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the intersection of rock and electronic music and eastern melody in contemporary times, and the dialectic of realism and absurdity. In the current era of Big data on the Internet, A-Play wants to re-explore the unique artistic aesthetics in Eastern philosophy by opposing the homogenization and the overflow of superficial content through music creation.
