Hi, I'm Jason. I do the video editing for Gripo Comics.
We will no longer post our original art videos on this channel. After the last youtube update, we noticed that our videos are no longer getting any views. We felt that the time and effort we put into creating our art is no longer worth it at this point. Add to that the fact that our leader, Majic, has disappeared and is out of reach since early April so now we don't have a pillar to get input from.
I will continue to edit the Stickman animation and the hundreds of raw art videos from Majic but they will not be posted until we get some positive news from youtube and the many youtubers who got hit with the update. Meanwhile, just to keep the channel afloat, maybe we will be editing and posting a few pop culture videos and engage with our audience as much as we can.

Yes, they all fall into a single story, which will eventually end in a couple dozen short episodes. This stickman fight animation was created by Majic in 2006 when he was just starting out as an animator at TV TOEI Philippines. He said there were some computers in the break room that some of the animators love playing around making silly stick figures. Majic soon joined them and started creating 3-4 econd fight sequences with stick figures with the mouse on photoshop 6. He later added a few scanned pencil drawings to add a few bits of flavor and improving on each subsequent visit to tha break room.

Today we have finally reached 1000 SUBSCRIBERS! Woohoo!!!
We will now focus our energy into getting that 4000 view hours. So we will be making less shorts but we will try 1 per day and we will post longer videos with lesser time lapsed drawing so our viewers who want to learn our methods can better understand how our drawing works.
Thank you for supporting us. It was a hard road and it may yet get harder, but we will keep working hard to be able to express our art better and hopefully, entertain you more.

We re-uploaded some of our shorts from October with a few edits to try to maximize their reach since we felt that the 15 minute push by youtube was hardly fair when the videos had high watch time percentages.

Uploading a similar video today because yesterday's cat drawing short tutorial was a disaster! The draft part was almost invisible so I am drawing the same drawing today, but this time on the Artflow app on the Android.

We are a group of professional comicbook illustrators, animators, storytellers and a cartoonists. We intend to tell stories through original illustrations. Watch out for tutorials on simple how to draw methods that we learned through the years. We will be producing many art demonstrations, mostly illustrations with how to draw instructions with some storytelling. We may also be featuring other art forms, such as arts and crafts, recycle arts, cooking, singing, etc. once in a while.
We are animal and nature lovers and we have a lot of respect for the environment and mother nature. We will be uploading videos of ourselves creating beautiful artworks and art tutorials and we will also be giving back to the community whenever we have a chance.
