Oh, Virgin Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help,
I come before you today with a troubled heart, burdened by worry and anxiety. These swirling thoughts and feelings cloud my mind and steal my peace.
You, Mary, who faced the challenges of motherhood and witnessed the suffering of your Son, understand the weight of worry and the sting of fear.
