In the wake of the October 7th attack, in my podcast, I have turned my attention towards examining the ideologies that shape our world, particularly postmodernism. This philosophy plays a central role in legitimizing corrosive views, ideologies, and actions, including the Hamas' vicious attack on innocent Jews. It has become a central theme in my recent episodes.
Last week, I delved into how current ideologies, deeply rooted in postmodern thought, influence public perception in a corrosive way. In my latest episode, I explore the historical journey of these ideologies, tracing their origins from pre-medieval times to the modern era using the lens of Jewish history and ideas.
My goal is to unpack postmodernism and its impacts and understand its historical context. How did we arrive at this point? What ideologies preceded it, and how have they shaped our current worldview?
