R.E.P.S.
Religion Environment People Social Media

These four areas are the foundation of your subconscious mind. If you are having an issue with circumstances or situations in your life, REPS is a good place to start looking. Is your religion working for you? Is the environment working for you? Your Environment starts in your bedroom and works its way out from there. Including neighborhood, city, state. Are the people you are around affecting your mental state of mind? And of course, social media, that definitely is affecting your mind. Do you need to work on your REPS?

S.I.P.
Self Imposed Prison

There are people who never traveled outside of their city or state. For no reason other than the fact that they want to stay in their comfort zone. Is it a comfort zone or is it a self-imposed prison? The interesting part about this "prison" is they will complain about it. Then when confronted about them complaining, they come up with excuses as to why they don't want to leave. Even animals know to leave an area that no longer serves them, why don't human beings?
Are you in a Self Imposed Prison?

P.A.M.
Purpose Aim Mission

You as a man should have PAM in your life. PAM will help you get to where you want and need to be faster. One a man is on a purpose the questions he needs to answer will be easy and automatic. Why? Because the answers will be directly related to PAM. Men who don't have PAM are easy to mislead and manipulate. Those men are usually in survival or damaging modes. Men go find PAM and get on with your life. Are you with PAM or are you just out here?

B.E.D.S.
Building Existing Damaging Surviving

All men are in at least one of these four modes. As a man you have to figure out which one you are in. Especially the last two. The way to get out of mode is to know you are in one. Each of these modes are fluid. That means they are continuously changing day by day. You could be in a building mode then an event in your life changes and now you are in survival. You might be in two different modes at the same time. The only mode that stands by itself is surviving. Which mode(s) are you in?

P.O.P.E Principle
Personally Observed Personally Experienced

In today's social media world everyone is an expert. Then when you start asking more questions about their actual experience, the fog clears, and you realize they don't know anything. People will read a book or take a course and now they are certified. Ask this question at the beginning to avoid losing time.... Did you personally observe or personally experience what you are talking about? When you ask better questions, you get better answers.

R.B.M.
Raised By Mother
Men raised by their mothers alone tend to be more irrational, illogical and highly emotional. They get it honest by nurturing. Until they address this issue, they cannot be taken seriously by men who do not have these traits.

Have you ever had an interaction with a man that was small, then they got triggered and couldn't hold their emotions?

Getting sidetracked is normal. Staying sidetracked is something else. WRITE, yes, write your plan down. And when you do get off track you can get right back on it.
