Hello everyone,
My new video is coming soon and I'm finally delivering the test of my last restoration.

The next project has already arrived and will demand a lot from me, but I'm really looking forward to it.
However, it is foreseeable that I will need more time than usual for the project, not least because we will also be spending a few vacation days in the beautiful Italian Alps in June.
I've thought about bridging the waiting time with a Q&A video, if you're interested and have questions on your mind.
Let me know what you think of the idea and write your questions in the comments. If I get enough questions I will try to answer them and you can learn a bit more about the channel, my restorations and me.

The moment when you manage to align your battery status with one of your greatest achievements. Thank you 100.000 curious people for your support and your kind words regarding my last post. Tonight very unexpectedly and way too early my dad passed away. As thoughts overrun my mind in this moment, I need to vent some of them out into the unknown.
I certainly lose my role model but not in a classic way, while most of my life I tried my best to not become like him I did exactly this. Every major step in my life is a step along a path he went years ago and so just naturally I ended up being just the same quirk who needs his time alone in the workshop working meticulously on things I want to be perfect even though it exaggerates the needed work to be done by far. My mom he was married to for exactly 40 years now always says he makes a Ph.D. thesis out of everything ;)
My mom and dad brought six children to this world, and tonight he joined one of them and can finally take care of my sister again. But he will be deeply missed by the ones he left behind and by his grandchildren and loved ones.
He dedicated his career to make workplaces for many people a better place. With his actual PhD Thesis, he made major contributions to evaluate the harm of overhead work. His research results laid the foundation for workplace evaluation tools that are used by unions and companies across Germany and at least within German companies around the globe. Later on in his career, he worked in HR for many different companies as a trainer and HR director doing his best to balance company needs and a humanity-oriented leadership. Therefore he was always respected and loved by his many colleagues and co-workers along the way.
He never ceased to surprise and became a few years back elected mayor in his town, when I thought most of my life that he preferred to stay out of politics as much and far as possible. He certainly was not a political person, never followed any party or agendas, but he was for sure diplomatic and evaluated every situation isolated for what it was, a combination of many circumstances in a surrounding of rules and guidelines. The world needed more people like him, people without agendas, but now it has one less, and according to the butterfly effect theory it will have an impact on the world in the future, but for sure to our family world right now.
As of now, I ask you to be patient with my next video, maybe I will take my time off the workshop now, or maybe I will spend all my time in the workshop, I don’t know at this point.
But take the time waiting and spend it on telling your close ones that you love them, because I sure do it too late. I love you Dad!
