The classical favorites series stands for beautiful accessible master pieces, played on a historical master guitar from Santos Hernandez, Madrid 1925, recorded with the highest professional film quality and with high end studio recording sound.

COMPOSER and GUITARIST,
Wulfin Lieske has created the channel as source for news inspirations and insights into the world of the classical guitar and his own compositions. There are regular posts introducing to new works, old favourites and exciting projects. And a lot prestigious guitars from Antonio de Torres' famous 1856 "La Leona" and Santos Hernández to Andrea Tacchi in 2024. Lieske has worked with artists such as Gidon Kremer, Astor Piazzolla, the and the Hilliard Ensemble.
Wulfin Lieske was the first ever artist to record a CD using an instrument created by the legendary luthier Antonio de Torres (EMI Classics). As a composer he composes for genres from opera, concertos, chorus, chamber works to piano and guitar music. Highlights are his oratorio "Über den Wassern" for the EXPO2000 in Hannover, the requiem "Dreamtime" at the Cologne Philharmonic with the Cologne Radio-orchestra and the "Himmels-Kanon" with the Bavarian State Orchestrate at the UNESCO world-heritage Wieskirche.
