I've been asked about how much I adjust the brightness for night scenes in some of my videos a few times in the past, particularly with Subsistence. It is a subtle change but I think it makes a difference. Here are some samples, a split view with unchanged on the left and a mild color grade applied on the right:

If you are wondering why there hasn't been videos it is because I took a break for a couple of days. Nothing wrong, just trying not to over extend myself.

Hello! Well, nowhere near as dramatic as last time...
I have however picked up a flu or something flu-like so will be taking a few days off to rest and get better.
Some other family has already beaten it so it isn't all that serious :)

Well, it has been a while!
It turns out that my health issue was a bit more complicated than it first appeared to be. Long story short is that I ended up in the hospital for a few weeks with a lung issue but am back home once again. I do need some time to recover so it will be a little longer before I can get back to posting regularly again.
I should also apologize for the radio silence, I only had my phone and couldn't figure out how to make a Community post (like this) from the mobile app.

Hello!
On the weekend I pulled some muscles in my chest doing yard work. The short of it is that I've been taking a break and trying to get back into reasonable condition which is why I've dipped into my bank of Smalland videos recorded on Saturday. Unfortunately, that bank has run dry so I am not going to be able to post anything for a few more days at least.
I'm really sorry about this as I genuinely do enjoy creating these videos and bums me out that I am not able to make them right now.
